¡Hola! I am Marcela Piedrahita, Colombian immigrant and preparer of immigration forms.

My passion for immigration law was sparked by my own green card application process. This experience reignited my desire to help others facing similar challenges. Motivated by my personal journey and the stories of my closest friends, I began providing non-legal assistance to individuals navigating U.S. immigration and filling all kind of applications for USCIS.

My greatest differentiator is that I draw from my own immigration experience, as well as my personal journey with mental health and spirituality, to serve those who need it in their immigration journey. The immigration process is often filled with fear, stress, and anxiety. A constant theme in the feedback I receive is that people come to me feeling overwhelmed, but after meeting with me, they leave feeling calm and confident about what lies ahead.

Over the past year, I have dedicated myself to helping more than 100 people with their immigration forms, leading to numerous successful approvals. My hands-on experience, coupled with countless hours of self-education, has deepened my understanding of legal documents and procedures by USCIS. I also took training with lawyers in NYC, I serve as a volunteer with nonprofits that help immigrants and hold a Legal Research certificate. In addition to my experience in immigration, my background in communication and ethnography has equipped me with essential skills in research, data collection, and analysis. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to effectively interpret and communicate complex information and provide support to a diverse range of clients. My strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every case is managed with care and precision.
